So the other weekend my mum and I went to a second-hand clothing sale for Save the Children. It was a great event and so many people showed up to purchase second hand clothes and help a fantastic charity!
I thought I’d do a haul of all of the items I purchased at this second-hand clothing sale, cause I’m pretty damn happy with what I found…. so let’s begin!
These shorts were £6
So the first thing I found were these white shorts that fit perfectly! They are SUPER
high-waisted and such a nice, comfortable length. Usually I stay away from white shorts, trousers, jeans, etc, because the likelihood of me staining them is high! But I just couldn’t say no to these after I tried them on. When the weather warms up at some point here in England, you’ll most definitely see me wearing these with everything!
This jumpsuit was £12
It’s so retro looking that I couldn’t not get it!
Next up is my most favourite purchase in this haul! It is this gorgeous, retro looking jumpsuit, luckily it was in my size because as soon as I saw it, I knew I needed it. It’s going to be so perfect for spring and summer and can be worn both for formal and casual events! I’m imagining this jumpsuit, a cute bralette peaking through and some white trainers for a super casual daytime outfit.
This crochet jumper was £4
It’s such a perfect summer / festival piece
So another summer piece I got, which I also think would be perfect for a music festival, is this crochet jumper. I put a cami under it but I think either a bright coloured bralette or bikini top would look so cute too! I honestly have about 4 different outfits planned that I want to wear when it gets warm outside, and all of them revolve around this piece.
This hat was £2.50
I already know i’m going to wear it all the time in Summer
I can’t even begin to express my love for this hat! It is going to be so perfect for sunny days, I am obsessed with the style of it and I know it will turn any outfit I wear into a much more stylish looking one. So get ready to see this hat all over my Instagram this summer!
This t-shirt was £4
I just can’t say no to Disney merch
And the last piece in this haul was not actually from the second-hand clothing sale, I got it in a charity shop a few weeks back and I love it! If you know anything about me, you know I absolutely love Disney, so when I saw this adorable Goofy graphic t-shirt I knew I needed it. And well, the back of the top really did sell it to me. This t-shirt, tucked into some mum jeans, with trainers is exactly what I envision and I cannot wait to strut around in my goofy t-shirt:)
So that was my second-hand clothing haul! I hope you enjoyed seeing all these pieces, I seriously recommend you guys doing some second-hand shopping, when you next fancy updating your wardrobe! You can find the coolest pieces for such affordable prices:)
